Return & Exchange Policy – Nirgranth Foundation

Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return only if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Note: We do NOT accept returns for reasons like “ordered by mistake” or “no longer needed.”

Return Request Process

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide mandatory proof:

    • Unboxing video

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated only after verification and approval.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Replacement Policy

  • If stock is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement will be shipped after we verify the returned item.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened books

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging
